Free kundli and matching

The free kundli and kundli matching tools run inside your own browser. The birth details you type there are not sent to our server.

Paid reports

To make a paid report we collect the birth details you enter (name, date, time and place of birth), your email address, and your WhatsApp number if you give it. We use them only to prepare and deliver your report and to handle refunds or corrections.

Consent

We ask for your consent before collecting these details. For a person under 18, a parent or guardian must give consent.

Who helps us

Your details are shared only with the services that make the order work: the payment gateway, the email delivery service and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your data.

Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: the pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location, how you reached us, and how you use the tools — for example that a kundli was made, its Lagna, Moon sign and nakshatra, your age group and gender, the country of birth, or a matching score. Google Analytics uses cookies. We never send your name, email, phone number, exact date or time of birth, or birth town to Google Analytics. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records only as long as needed to deliver the report, handle refunds or corrections, and meet accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your birth details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. If we ever suffer a data breach that affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
